In the summer of 2011 Catherine (oberstingwithconor) and I held our first Tumblr meetup. It was a success with good people, good food, and good times!

have you considered adding adsense or something like that to your site? you provide quite a bit for the tumblr bright eyes fans and I think you should at least earn a little gas money for your new car, especially because you put so much time into running the blog... if you wanted too, anyways..
It’s a fantastic idea anon. Last year’s meet up would have had over 400 dollars though the ads. However one troll took it upon themselves to tell google I was offering my followers money in return for clicking ads and ask the money got taken and they banned me from making a new account. truly anon I wish I could. I wish people wernt so mean and evil that they would fuck with my actual finances like that. Cath and I had to pay for absolutely everything because of that.
