In the summer of 2011 Catherine (oberstingwithconor) and I held our first Tumblr meetup. It was a success with good people, good food, and good times!
This year, I'd like to see even more people!! This time we're going to start saving EARLY instead of scrambling at the last minute to find money. PLEASE DONATE TO OUR CAUSE! Why are you trying to make money off of Conor/Bright Eyes? I'm not coming down on you or anything, just was wondering what it's going toward. I saw one person mentioning gas money? Not gonna lie, it always makes me shifty when fans suddenly try to sell merch or something. Asking for donations is one thing, but the copyrights (especially on photographs and lyrics) aren't yours and that opens you up to all kinds of legal issues.
